Program Director Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee EdTech programs with expertise in student, mentor, and operational management for impactful outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage student batches end-to-end from onboarding to successful completion.
    • Maintain schedules, timelines, and outcomes to ensure program success.
    • Serve as the main liaison between students, mentors, and the team.
    • Monitor student engagement, track progress, and provide support when needed.
    • Support mentors to deliver high-quality sessions.
    • Develop and improve post-sales processes for an enhanced student experience.
    • Track key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.) and use data to drive improvements.
    • Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to enhance overall experience.
    • Identify and resolve issues promptly (dropouts, delays).
    Essential Skills and Qualifications
    • Prior experience in EdTech program management is mandatory.
    • Strong track record of solving operational challenges with structured solutions.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Comfort with data and reporting tools; ability to translate insights into actions.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams.
