Learning & Development Leadership RoleJob Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Learning & Development professional to lead our learning initiatives and drive performance, competency development, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute impactful training programs that align with business needs and leverage strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create tailored learning solutions for employees at all levels.
  • Design and deliver effective learning interventions, including classroom sessions and virtual instructor-led training (VILT), to promote employee growth and development.
  • Collaborate with business units and leaders to co-create learning programs that meet organizational objectives.
  • Develop engaging learning content, deliver effective interventions, and evaluate program impact.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and functional leaders to design talent development solutions.
  • Support performance management and competency management initiatives to enhance employee performance.
  • Ensure seamless communication and engagement of stakeholders in learning programs.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing effective learning programs.
  • Strong facilitation skills, both in-person and virtually, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of performance management and competency frameworks to inform learning program design.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and consulting skills to build trust and partnerships.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities to drive business outcomes.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive innovation in learning and development.
