We're looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Project Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of e-learning content projects across global markets.

This senior-level position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive results-oriented projects forward. Key qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, and experience in managing virtual teams.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and execution roadmaps to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring transparent communication and regular updates.
  • Oversee key project metrics—effort, timeline, and quality—to drive continuous improvement and optimize project outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, 5+ years of e-learning/ed-tech work experience, and proficiency in MS Excel/Airtable and Wrike or other project management tools are required.

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensure adherence to organizational quality standards, and drive process improvement initiatives.

  • Develop and implement project management templates to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure cost control and timely reconciliation.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment on goals.

Requirements
