Project Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Leader to assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to manage multiple projects effectively, and possess a passion for technology.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and deliverables.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet company standards while adhering to quality management systems.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitate and document project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project evaluations, ensuring follow-ups are tracked.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and key updates to stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
  • 4- 6 years coordinating or managing projects in the IT industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience working with agile software development teams and web & mobile projects is an added advantage.
  • Strong proofreading/grammar skills for technical documents.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills who values communication, collaboration, and coordination.
  • Proven success as a problem-solver possesses a data-driven yet common sense approach to execution.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
