Job Description

As a seasoned Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of Civil and Interior works projects. With a minimum of 14 to 17 years of experience in project management, you will have expertise in Stone Cladding of Façade, both Wet and Dry Cladding.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including Civil, Interior work, MEP works, and team management.
  • Inspect interior fit out, finishes, FF&E, Loose furniture, and compare with drawings and specifications.
  • Measure and check building materials for quality and identify defects, suggesting corrections.
  • Maintain work progress reports for the VP Engineering.
  • Assist Site teams and coordinate with PMO for bill verification, validation, and certification.
  • Responsible for QA & QC, preparing snag lists, and ensuring contractor compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors, sub-contractors, and site-based contractors for quality control.
  • Ensure adherence to approved design drawings, documents, contract technical specifications, and quality plans as per brand standards.
  • Coordinate with Civil and M&E departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of AUTOCAD & MS PROJECT.
  • Experience in handling project cost estimation, approvals, site expenses, and PMO coordination.
