Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive strategic initiatives and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end programs, working cross-functionally with various teams, and identifying opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive seamless execution of strategic initiatives from ideation to delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and outcomes.
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with schools, colleges, edtech platforms, corporates, and global institutions.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
  • Develop creative growth initiatives (scholarships, hackathons, referral alliances, joint programs).
  • Take ownership of special projects requiring experimentation, process-building, and execution at scale.
  • Create and monitor project plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards to track progress and impact.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with 3-6 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a bias towards action and learning by doing.

Bonus: Exposure to end-to-end program management or experience in the education/tech sector is a plus.
