We are looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:
  • This is a unique opportunity to develop and execute various marketing strategies, including promotional events, campaigns, and outreach programs to increase brand visibility and student admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement effective marketing plans to engage with schools, colleges, and communities, increasing brand awareness and driving student leads.
  2. Event Planning and Execution: Organize and manage local events, such as seminars, workshops, and promotions, to attract students and increase admissions.
  3. Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with schools, colleges, and community leaders to promote our brand and generate student interest.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on daily/weekly activities, student leads generated, and campaign effectiveness to inform future marketing decisions.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or fieldwork (education sector preferred).
  • Freshers with good energy and local market knowledge can also apply.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to travel across Aurangabad & nearby areas.
  • Passion for field marketing and admissions.
