**Job Title:** Recruitment Lead

 

  • Coordinate and lead global recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
  • Establish and execute a strategic plan for recruiting that meets business objectives.
  • Manage the full-cycle talent pipeline, including reviewing job descriptions, conducting interviews, candidate assessments, and extending job offers.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and select candidates for open positions.
  • Monitor recruiting performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication, or similar. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a recruiting role, preferably in a matrix organization supporting employees in different countries.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to employment norms in each of the countries operated in.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Solution-oriented approach with a big-picture mindset.
