Job Profile:
Seeking an ambitious and astute Talent Acquisition Strategist to spearhead end-to-end recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent from the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee recruitment processes for various business functions, including product, technology, and enabling roles.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives and expectations.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, utilizing assessment tools to evaluate and select top performers.
- Collaborate with management to comprehend company hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Design and execute recruitment drives as required.
- Exhibit process-oriented skills, coupled with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective working relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong market intelligence and understanding of industry trends.
- Ability to craft compelling job descriptions, highlighting essential skills and competencies.
- Familiarity with compensation structures and employee benefits.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Postgraduate degree in HR or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Internet, product, or platform services companies.
- Prior experience in executive search and niche hiring is mandatory.
- Proficiency in conducting various types of interviews (phone, video, etc.).
- Exceptional time management and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to influence leadership decisions.
