ServiceNow Delivery Expert

Execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes. Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) preferred.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in IT operations, with 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
  • ServiceNow certifications mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • IT service management knowledge and ITIL processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development, scripting, and customization.

Run efficient DevOps, establish governance structures, track reports, and deliver against agreed success factors. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues promptly. Implement best practices to prevent system downtime and performance degradation.

Manage security controls, prepare the platform for audits, maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions. Collaborate with ServiceNow vendors and external partners to leverage their expertise and resources.
