Sr Specialist ServiceNow Platform

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Specialist to join our team in delivering exceptional service on the ServiceNow platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take ownership of key projects, drive results, and make a significant impact on our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery Excellence: Ensure timely, within-budget, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio products for the responsible service area.
  • Solution Fitment: Guarantee that services, solutions, platforms, and products are fit for purpose, achieve desired business value, and have the intended impact.
  • Process Design: Create detailed process designs necessary to operate software/services on a day-to-day basis, adhering to solution architecture design and traceable to functional/non-functional requirements.
  • User Experience: Ensure that the overall user experience is taken into account when designing new solutions and services.
  • Security and Compliance: Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.
  • Platform Governance: Take accountability of platform governance, including performance and security.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 12+ years of relevant IT experience, 5+ years of experience on ServiceNow Platform, and Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
  • Skills: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules, implementation experience in multiple ServiceNow applications, excellent analytical and conceptual thinking, proactive work style, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, open to new learnings.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, capable of interacting in business (non-IT) language, experience with Agile tools and techniques, good to have experience with application development and methodologies, ITIL/GxP, exposure/experience in GenAI and Now Assist implementation.
