In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

You will develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for ServiceNow implementations. Additionally, you will drive the creation and enhancement of ServiceNow offerings, including pre-built solutions, accelerators, and templates.

• Responsibilities:
• Solution Architecture & Design
• Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for ServiceNow implementations
• Drive the creation and enhancement of ServiceNow offerings, including pre-built solutions, accelerators, and templates
• Stay current with the latest ServiceNow releases and features leveraging them to enhance offerings and deliver innovative solutions to clients
• Lead workshops and design sessions with clients to define solution architecture and ensure alignment with their vision
• Mentor and guide a team of ServiceNow developers, functional consultants, and technical architects, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Provide technical leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines

• Qualifications:
• 20+ years of experience in IT with a strong focus on ServiceNow architecture development and implementation
• Proven experience in leading complex ServiceNow projects across multiple domains, including ITSM, ITOM, HR, and SecOps
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including custom application development, integrations, and automation

• Expert Level Knowledge:
• ServiceNow architecture, including best practices for design, development, and deployment
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
