**Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Architect**

**Location: Hyderabad**

**Experience: 8 to 12 years**

**Notice Period: Immediate or less than 15 days**

**Overview**:
In the role of ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will be the keystone of our Service Management initiatives, using ServiceNow's suite of services to forge a path for our enterprise's IT infrastructure. You will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet our strategic business needs and are delivered with high quality and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Architectural Leadership: Define the architectural vision for our ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and technological strategies. Lead the architectural design sessions and technical reviews.
- Platform Strategy: Develop a strategic plan for ServiceNow implementation, including a roadmap of enhancements and upgrades. Assess the implications of new ServiceNow releases on existing architecture.
- Solution Design and Development: Craft scalable and adaptable designs within ServiceNow. Oversee the development and ensure solutions are built for successful deployment, operability, and maintainability in a cloud environment.
- Best Practices and Standards: Set and maintain standards and best practices for ServiceNow use, including governance, security, and DevOps.
- Quality Assurance: Implement monitoring, quality checks, and balances to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Knowledge Sharing: Serve as a technical mentor and knowledge leader for ServiceNow, educating and guiding other team members and stakeholders.

**Technical Skills and Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and customizing ServiceNow solutions. Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
- Programming Skills: Strong capability in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages within the ServiceNow platform.
- Architectural Acumen: Experience in developing and implementing cloud architecture for enterprise solutions.
- Integration Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to integrate ServiceNow with various other platforms and tools.
- Analytical Skills: Aptitude for problem-solving and working with complex systems and environments.

Certifications:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL Certification is preferred.

- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple/detail-oriented tasks.
