Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and architect ServiceNow ITOM solutions for clients
  • Configure and customize ITOM, CSDM and CMDB modules to meet client needs
  • Implement and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework within the ServiceNow platform
  • Promote data accuracy, consistency and completeness through data management and governance policies
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow ITOM solutions
  2. Experience in designing, configuring and customizing ITOM, CSDM and CMDB modules
  3. Must have experience in the design and implementation of the following modules:
  4. ITOM: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, Health Log Analytics, Certificate Management and Orchestration/Integrations
  5. CSDM: Implementing and maintaining the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework within the ServiceNow platform
  6. CMDB: Ensuring the CMDB is populated with accurate and up-to-date data
  7. Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, including security, performance and compliance
  8. Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, AngularJS and Jelly
