Position Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of IT experience, with strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, IT Operations Management (ITOM), and systems integration. You will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable, reliable ITOM solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement robust ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and CMDB.

- Define and maintain the CMDB data model, architecture, reconciliation processes, and governance framework.

- Design and manage integrations with third-party tools such as monitoring platforms, cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ServiceNow developers to align ITOM strategies with business goals.

- Drive the adoption of ITOM features and continuous improvement through automation and proactive monitoring.

- Lead architecture reviews, assess platform performance, and ensure compliance with security and data management standards.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams and administrators working on ServiceNow ITOM modules.

Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB architecture.

- Strong hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and ITOM integrations.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure environments.

- Solid understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Configuration and Incident Management.

- Proficiency in integration design using web services (REST/SOAP), scripting (JavaScript), and MID Server configurations.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote team environment.
