Position Summary:

We are looking for a ServiceNow GRC Lead Developer to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, with a strong focus on ServiceNow GRC/IRM, advanced scripting skills, and a deep understanding of system integrations. This role involves end-to-end implementation of IRM solutions, customization through scripting, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-impact GRC modules on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk.

- Lead and drive development using JavaScript-based server and client-side scripting on the ServiceNow platform.

- Build and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Customize GRC dashboards, notifications, and reporting features tailored to business use cases.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and admins on the team.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and maintain best practices for secure and scalable development.

- Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and GRC/IRM enhancements and apply them to improve platform Qualifications :

- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with 3+ years in GRC/IRM modules.

- Deep hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management, especially Policy & Compliance, Risk, and Audit Management.

- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and custom scripting in ServiceNow.

- Strong understanding of integration techniques using REST/SOAP, MID Servers, and third-party systems.

- Solid grasp of ITIL, risk frameworks, and GRC/IRM best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
