Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) solutions, focusing on Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence.

- Develop and implement integrations with other security tools and systems.

- Create and optimize workflows and automation within the ServiceNow SecOps platform.

- Provide expert-level support for security incident response and vulnerability management processes.

- Collaborate with security analysts and IT teams to ensure effective security operations.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and procedures.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Key Skills Required :

- ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) : Proven expertise in configuring and managing Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence modules.

- Integrations & Automation : Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, workflow development, and automation.

- IRM/GRC (Desired) : Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is a significant plus.

- Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of security concepts and technologies.

- Collaboration & Communication : Excellent ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow SecOps.

- Proven track record of successful ServiceNow SecOps implementations.

- Strong understanding of security operations best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Security) are highly desirable
