Job Overview:

Senior ServiceNow Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead the implementation of our ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, implementation, and consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment. This includes configuring ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to meet client requirements, as well as integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Development & Customization
  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and other modules.
  • Configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to meet client requirements.
  • Implementation & Integration
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and consulting
  • Proven experience in leading ServiceNow projects as a Senior Consultant or Technical Lead
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, etc.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS)
  • Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Orchestration, and IntegrationHub
  • Experience with ServiceNow APIs, REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Data Sources

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow Scripting, Service Portal Development, and Performance Analytics
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and integration with ServiceNow
