Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a talented professional to implement and customize ServiceNow solutions for our clients.
  • The ideal candidate will support the configuration and development of ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • This role requires collaboration with senior consultants to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • The selected individual will participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications and systems.
  • Ongoing support for ServiceNow users and assistance with issue resolution are also key responsibilities.
  • In addition, this role involves learning and applying best practices in ServiceNow development and implementation.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and basic understanding of ITSM processes is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment are essential.
  • Candidates must be able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desired.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and/or other ServiceNow modules.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, ITSM Implementation) are an asset.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies is beneficial.
  • A proven track record of delivering ServiceNow projects and solutions on time and within scope is crucial.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and development.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and how they integrate with ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly ServiceNow's cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
