Job Overview

This role is an excellent opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and leadership skills in a ServiceNow implementation context.

  • As a senior technical consultant, you will be responsible for providing hands-on design and development expertise on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in ITSM and ITOM modules.
  • Key responsibilities include working closely with architects, SMEs, process consultants, configuring integrations with SCCM, SCOM, and other tools, and setting up ITOM Discovery, schedules, and CMDB health dashboard.
  • Another critical aspect of this role is defining business problems/opportunities, communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and documenting and gaining acceptance/approvals of selected solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience.
  • Development experience on the ServiceNow platform, including customization of applications such as ITOM, ITSM, and custom Apps.
  • Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements, configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, and setting up MID servers.
  • Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages, and a demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong presentation development and customer presentation skills.
