Job Title: Technical Consultant

  • The Role and Accountabilities: We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional with a strong recent track record to join our organization. The ideal candidate will want to prove themselves quickly, demonstrating their capabilities in a large and dynamic environment.
  • The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for leading ServiceNow engagements from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Key duties include HRSD Implementation, workshops, requirement gathering, and CMDB Integration.
  • Expertise and delivery of ServiceNow based consulting initiatives will also be essential. This includes defining business problems/opportunities, communicating technical concepts, and developing appropriate technical solutions.
  • Candidates should have experience in documenting and gaining acceptance/approvals of selected final solutions. Coaching and advising other Developers is also key.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD applications/features such as Case Management, Portal scripting and custom widgets, Employee Document Management, Enterprise Onboarding Transitions, and 3rd party Integrations like Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Kronos Group etc
  • Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience with HRSD Implementation experience, minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience, Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements, At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a lead consultant
  • Enterprise/large Service Management implementation experience, Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages, Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices Certifications ServiceNow certifications, - Service Now System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist is must ITIL v3 certification Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills Successful teamwork experience demonstrated leadership abilities
