Job Description

As a Senior Instructor, Dev, you will play a vital role in delivering high-standard customer adoption training to various levels of expertise. You will be responsible for explaining complex features in an easy-to-follow manner, demonstrating features and functionality with hands-on demos and exercises, and providing real-time answers to customers' questions.

  • Deliver technical training tailored to different skill levels.
  • Provide expert-level support to customers through real-time engagement.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities with interactive demonstrations.
  • Develop and maintain effective classroom and virtual workshop delivery.

Travel Requirements: Attend key marketing events as required.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain current knowledge on Salesforce technology advancements.
  • Action best practices by offering product education, technical advice, and adoption guidance.
  • Cross-collaborate with the Cloud Success team on content development, delivery, and technical support.
