Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Breaking down business requirements into functional requirements considering security and operational efficiency.
  • Supporting and developing software engineers through advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
  • Leading significant projects, programs and business initiatives, demonstrating creativity and ingenuity.
  • Determining work priorities based on general direction from managers.
  • Providing specialist advice to middle and senior management.
  • Informally leading the daily work of assigned work group team.
