Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the successful implementation and management of our Salesforce platform. This is a critical role that will lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality solutions to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements, scope, and timelines
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in Salesforce best practices, configuration, and customization
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, and progress tracking
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Lead and Support Engineer or similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience in Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce configuration, and customization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
