Job Title:

Senior Salesforce Technical Lead

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled Salesforce developers, providing guidance and support for complex technical challenges.
  • Develop and implement robust Salesforce DevOps processes using industry-leading tools like Gearset, ensuring efficient deployment and version control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for Salesforce development, testing, and deployment, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications and DevOps processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce DevOps, specifically with Gearset.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices.
  • Experience in leading technical teams and managing software development projects.
  • Proficiency in version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
