Job Overview:

As a Salesforce Cloud Expert, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Salesforce development to drive business growth and innovation. With 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce development and 8+ years in financial service cloud experience, sales, and service, you will bring a unique combination of technical skills and industry knowledge to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement effective solutions
  • Maintain and improve existing Salesforce implementations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and object-oriented principles
  • Experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, and other web services)
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with data migration tools like Data Loader or third-party ETL tools (Mulesoft, Informatica)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, and Bitbucket

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with wealth management or banking

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
