Position: Salesforce Data Cloud Developer (Part-Time)

Location: Hyderabad; India (REMOTE)

Work Hours: 3–4 hours per day

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing Data Cloud (formerly Salesforce CDP) solutions to support our data integration, unification, and activation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our functional and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including data ingestion, mapping, identity resolution, calculated insights, and data activation.
- Develop and optimize APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and integration processes to support Data Cloud functionalities.
- Configure and manage data streams, data model objects (DMOs), and data transformations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, processing, and activation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, features, and best practices related to Data Cloud.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development (APEX, LWC, API integrations).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Customer Data Platform (CDP).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration tools.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud integrations.
- Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Engagement Details:

- Part-time: 3–4 hours per day (flexible schedule, but some overlap with team working hours preferred).
- Remote: Work from anywhere in India.
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
