Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, DevOps processes, and technical leadership. They will be responsible for leading a team of Salesforce developers, overseeing the implementation of DevOps processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and support for technical challenges.
  • Oversee the implementation of Salesforce DevOps processes using Gearset, ensuring efficient deployment and version control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for Salesforce development, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce DevOps, specifically with Gearset.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices.
  • Experience in leading technical teams and managing software development projects.
  • Proficiency in version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
