Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

  • This involves collaborating with senior stakeholders and business partners to execute technology delivery strategies for business systems, platforms, and processes.
  • You will partner with teams to ensure Technology Service/Solutions Delivery teams deliver products according to strategy with reuse across other areas.
  • Key responsibilities include running efficient DevOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance, establishing governance structures, and tracking/reporting against agreed success factors and KPIs.
  • Additionally, you will follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness, and ensure the overall user experience is considered when designing & deploying new solutions and services.
Key Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) is preferred.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in IT operations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
  • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), are mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including problem-solving and analytical abilities, communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in ServiceNow development, scripting, and customization.
