
Sales and Account Manager

The primary objective of this role is to engage in sales and account management, aiming to expand our customer base while delivering exceptional customer service that aligns with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Growth: Identify opportunities for sales growth and up-selling through various channels such as marketing campaigns, emails, personal meetings, events, and exhibitions.
- Customer Interaction: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by conducting regular in-person meetings, telephone calls, and email correspondence to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiation and Closure: Effectively negotiate terms with decision-makers to secure successful sales closures.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay informed about the competitive landscape and identify areas for sales strategy improvement.
- Brand Representation: Act as a representative of our products and solutions at trade exhibitions, industry events, and product demonstrations, highlighting our capabilities to a broader audience.
- Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposal documents tailored to specific customer requirements.
- Payment Management: Ensure timely payment collections from customers.
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Result-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, possessing a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to sales and customer service, coupled with good interpersonal skills and initiative.
- Proficiency in computer applications including spreadsheets (MS Excel) and word processing (MS Word).
- Familiarity with software development principles.
