Job Title: IT Asset Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and optimize our IT asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain the hardware asset management module, ensuring accurate tracking of assets.
  • Manage the asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, establishing workflows for requests, approvals, deployments, and returns.
  • Maintain an accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for hardware assets, developing audit processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Software Asset Management responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and maintaining the software asset management module, tracking and managing software licenses, subscriptions, and usage across the organization.

General Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage ITAM/ITOM dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Contribute to process design for Global Asset Management aligned with industry framework and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement asset management process & solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT Asset Management, hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM and SAM processes & modules, knowledge of ITIL processes, especially asset and configuration management.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Create and manage custom scripts, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript and other relevant languages.
  • Implement and configure SAM and HAM modules to meet organizational needs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other technologies.
