Industrial Asset Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our industrial asset acquisition efforts in India.

  • This role will involve evaluating, structuring, and executing real estate acquisitions across various locations, with a focus on industrial parks.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, ability to build detailed financial models, and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • A strong network of contacts within the industry would be beneficial, as well as knowledge of relevant government policies and regulations impacting industrial development.

About the Role:

  • Evaluate and structure industrial asset acquisitions across India, identifying potential opportunities and risks.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to inform investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, investors, and regulators.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Candidate should possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, or an MBA in Finance from a reputable institution.
  • At least 14 years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management.
  • Proven track record of driving results-oriented projects, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the Indian real estate market.
