Senior Associate Job Opening

As a seasoned professional in asset management, we are seeking a Senior Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in the field and possess strong accounting skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day workflows of existing assets, working closely with the client's asset management team to monitor and analyze cash flows, track and analyze asset performance, manage risk, oversee third-party partners, and execute business plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external business partners to facilitate and review performance, suggesting value enhancements where applicable.
  • Coordinate lender reporting, monitoring loan covenants, and ensure compliance with credit agreements.
  • Outline key terms in credit and purchase agreements.
Real Estate Technology Project Management:
  • Work with the client's technology team and third-party consultants on high-priority real estate technology implementation initiatives.
  • Review chart of account mapping to real estate asset trial balance accounts during implementation.
  • Resolve financial statement reconciliation discrepancies to ensure generated financial statements reflect deal activity and performance.
  • Understand trial balance level account roll-up to financial statements, determining the need for new trial balance accounts.
Requirements:
  • Sound experience in asset management or related fields (6-8 years)
  • Strong accounting knowledge with advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with a well-developed understanding of key investment performance drivers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task
