ServiceNow Software Asset Management Role

This is a highly sought-after role that involves developing and customizing ServiceNow applications for IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, optimizing and maintaining existing applications, and integrating SAM solutions with other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and customizing ServiceNow applications for IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management
  • Collaborating with the architecture team to design and implement solutions
  • Optimizing and maintaining existing ServiceNow applications
  • Integrating ServiceNow SAM solutions with other enterprise systems
  • Troubleshooting complex issues and providing technical guidance

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience
  • Familiarity with Software Asset Management processes and end-to-end lifecycle
  • Experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro module
  • Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
