Job Summary

Manage mid-market and emerging large corporates by monitoring borrower accounts, following up on developments, and maintaining updates. This role involves responsible for managing stressed assets through interaction with the company, performance monitoring, and adherence to stipulated terms.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing suitable early warning triggers for allocated accounts.
  • Formulating recovery strategies post-factoring appropriate legal options.

You will also be required to:

  • Monitor exposures to enable proactive action whenever required.
  • Review credit files, financials, and security documentation.
  • Track performance of economic cycles and applicable industries.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Qualification in CA or MBA from a reputable institute.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Banking/ARC/Big 4 consultancy firms.
  • Strong technical competencies including knowledge of reading and understanding financials, RBI guidelines, and various industries.
  • Reasonable knowledge of legal forums and applicable laws.
