Job Role: Asset Management Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance of existing funds, tracking project progress against underwriting assumptions, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Asset Oversight: Monitor and analyze fund performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize returns.

  • Portfolio Review: Regularly review and report on fund performance, providing actionable insights to inform investment decisions.

  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models, including updating financial projections and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Preparation of Board Papers: Assist in preparing comprehensive board papers, ensuring timely and accurate submission.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, aligning with organizational goals.

  • New Fund Raising: Support the process of raising new private funds, including preparation of financial models and presentations.

  • Investment Committee Papers: Draft papers to present investment opportunities to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualifications: CA/CFA/MBA in Finance

  • Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience

  • Key Skills:

    • Leadership skills

    • Fluent communication - oral/written

    • Positive attitude and self-starter

    • Team player with problem-solving skills

    • Good presentation skills, analytical skills, and strong networking skills

    • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
