Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of SAM Tool Implementation Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in implementing IT tools, with a strong focus on Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions.

This key position involves configuring and installing SAM tools, ensuring high availability and optimal performance, uploading and managing data, performing system maintenance, administering user roles, and escalating vendor support tickets.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SAM modules, data connectors, and architecture, as well as technical expertise in SAM features, limitations, and best practices.

Able to design frameworks to improve tool maturity and create tailored implementation plans, this individual must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in IT tools implementation, with a focus on SAM tools.
  • Proven hands-on experience with on-premise and cloud Flexera SAM.
  • Deep understanding of Flexera's modules, data connectors, and architecture.
  • Technical expertise in Flexera features, limitations, and best practices.
  • Skilled in designing frameworks to improve tool maturity.
  • Ability to create tailored implementation plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
