Job Title: Asset Coordinator

The role of an asset coordinator involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to retirement. This includes managing inventory, coordinating IMAC activities, and ensuring accurate documentation in ITSM tools.

To be successful in this position, you will need strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams. Additionally, proficiency in Excel is required for data tracking and reporting purposes.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1.6 years of relevant experience in IT asset coordination or management. A good understanding of the asset lifecycle process and familiarity with IMAC, SLA, and ITSM processes/tools are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the IT asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
  • Tracking and maintaining records of hardware and software inventory.
  • Coordinating IMAC activities efficiently.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation in ITSM tools.
  • Preparing and maintaining regular asset reports using MS Excel.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with SLA commitments related to asset handling.
  • Supporting audits by maintaining accurate and complete asset records.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1.6 years of relevant experience in IT asset coordination or management.
  • Good understanding of the asset lifecycle process.
  • Proficiency in Excel (data tracking, reporting).
  • Familiarity with IMAC, SLA, and ITSM processes/tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
