Client Relationship Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused individual to support senior account leadership in the growth of learning service sales. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, identifying new opportunities, and reporting commercial results.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to discover unmet needs, create sales materials, and lead document preparation for RFI and RFP responses. Your role will also involve tracking win/loss data, sales KPIs, and contributing to business reviews and reports.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a proactive approach to managing client needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Support Engagement Directors in managing key client accounts across regions.
  • Create sales materials and tailored client presentations.
  • Lead document preparation for RFI and RFP responses.
  • Track win/loss data and sales KPIs.
  • Contribute to business reviews and reports.
