Service Specialist

As a technical specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' machinery by providing exceptional support and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, commission, and maintain machinery at client sites to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues (mechanical/electrical) and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to guarantee machine uptime and efficiency.
- Provide expert technical support and training to customers to enhance their proficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation of service activities (reports, checklists, etc.) for accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with the technical manager and head office for escalations and support to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service and professional interaction to foster long-term relationships.
- Strong understanding of mechanical or electrical fundamentals and ability to apply knowledge in practical situations.
- Basic comprehension of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70% of the time) to accommodate client needs.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
