Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues
- Document all customer interactions and issue details
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in IT or technical support
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
- Good typing speed and conversational skills in US accent
