
Customer Service Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues, and maintaining professionalism throughout the process.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and transaction-related support via voice and non-voice channels
- Process customer transactions, orders, and requests efficiently and effectively
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
- Foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in Korean (spoken & written)
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively and professionally
- Good typing speed and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, banking, or technical support is a plus
- Certification in Korean language proficiency (TOPIK or equivalent) is an advantage
