Role Overview:
As a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr. Corporate HR professional, you will play a critical role in driving seamless HR operations.
- Manage employee attendance records to ensure accuracy in timesheets.
- Administer and process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS).
- Maintain leave management systems and implement fair policies.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR operations.
- Prepare and share HR reports with management.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Support end-to-end HR operational activities, such as onboarding documentation and HR audits.
- Drive the offer rollout process.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations.
- Knowledge of payroll software, Excel, and HRMS systems.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
