International Sales Leadership Role

This senior-level position is responsible for spearheading international sales operations, driving business growth and development across various regions, and overseeing team performance.

The successful candidate will be an experienced sales leader who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, foster partnerships, and identify new business opportunities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Business Development: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive sales growth and expansion into new markets.
  2. Sales Operations Management: Lead and manage international sales teams, focusing on performance improvement, customer engagement, and sales process optimization.
  3. Partnership Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to drive revenue growth and market share.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in International Edtech Sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding market share, and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
