Job Title: Premier Sales Director
Role Overview:We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our real estate sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation, client relationship management, and market intelligence skills.
The selected individual will be responsible for driving sales through strategic marketing initiatives, managing channel partners, and achieving revenue targets in Dubai. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive sales through various marketing initiatives for the Dubai market.
- Manage and motivate channel partners to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure smooth registration, training, certification, and commission disbursal for channel partners.
- Develop a robust investor database through channel partners.
- Provide regular product and price updates to channel partners.
- Define strategies for the sale of all properties.
- Handle direct enquiries from advertising and hoardings.
- Making sales presentations to key decision makers effectively selling the capabilities and service offerings of the property.
- Responsible for handling prospective clients, negotiating, and finalizing sales transactions with interested clientele.
- Manage extensive client relation exercises, liaisoning deals between the organization.
- Required to be constantly updated with the real estate market, gather market intelligence.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
