Sales Program Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our organization as a Sales Program Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement key business initiatives, optimize sales performance, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design, implement, and measure sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Interact with the Growth team & other internal teams to understand best practices, required support, client feedback, etc.
  • Create and analyze sales performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, proactively highlight deviations, and suggest actionables for course correction.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth, new product development, and innovative solutions to streamline current processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive successful outcomes.
  • Monitor & analyze Key Results across the internal Growth team. Prepare, roll out & monitor Annual, Quarterly & Monthly Key Results.
  • Prepare various presentations for the Chief Growth Officer/Sales leadership related to Growth/Sales.
  • Plan and implement end-to-end business/sales events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields, with a focus on analytical skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in business planning, strategic projects, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM's, and other sales automation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
