
Sales Performance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls, engaging with inquiries on social media, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads and prospects to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Engage with inquiries and respond to messages on social media platforms to build relationships and increase conversions.
- Post and share relevant content across social media to increase engagement and generate interest in our products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM/database to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
- Nurture warm leads through the sales funnel to convert them into paying customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and maximize sales performance.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions to drive business growth and success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in cold calling and outbound sales to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with using social media for business purposes (posting, responding, and engaging with leads) to expand your reach and generate interest.
- Basic knowledge of lead generation techniques and sales funnels to optimize your approach and maximize results.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
