
Key Account Development Representative

As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound sales calls.
Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming student inquiries via support lines, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of queries.
- Provide clear explanations of course offerings and basic features, addressing potential leads for the Business Development Associate team.
- Capture lead details accurately and tag them in CRM systems.
- Transfer or assign hot leads to the outbound sales team as required.
- Maintain high call pickup and response rates, meeting performance standards.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Pleasant and patient tone while handling student inquiries.
- Data entry and lead tagging proficiency in CRM tools.
- Good listener with empathy toward students' concerns.
- Discipline in following SOPs and scripts.
