Service Delivery Operations Expert

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our Cisco Contact Center Operations team in a 24 x 7 support environment for a prominent Banking customer.
About the RoleThis key position is responsible for managing a team of professionals who provide critical support for our client's contact center operations, leveraging expertise in Cisco UCCE and outbound dialer technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Support team, ensuring seamless delivery of services
- Leverage experience in managing complex technical environments to drive operational excellence
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional technical skills, with in-depth knowledge of Cisco UCCE and outbound dialer technologies
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results under pressure
In return for your expertise, we offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
