Lead Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

  As a lead customer care representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  Your role will involve working closely with other teams to ensure seamless order management and effective communication with customers. You will need to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions that meet the needs of both customers and the business.

  To excel in this position, you will require strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree with 6-7 years of experience in customer service functions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding customer service quotas and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills, excellent email writing skills, and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
